Migrare OsCommerce to a new Shopify

I have an OsCommerce 2.3 shop it's time to migrate to a new level. [login to view URL] Choose/propose a template, configure colours and layout, home page, info pages, email templates, etc. so, for now, initially would not be needed, as I think I can do that. List of needings: 1. To migrate all my products (2240) with attributes, customers (5309) and orders (4270). And update again when shopify is ready to open. 2. Two languages: Spanish and English. Considering french too. 3. Install a theme that I will purchase and make design changes to personalice it: colours, font and sizes, etc. 4. Wholesale Prices: I do have 3 different groups (Retail, Group2 and Group3) and I want them to buy the items at different prices but not applying a discount; I want to set the prices, as the products that I sell have different margins by item. 5. CSV Price update: I want to upload a CSV file to compre and update the prices of the existing products, based on product id. (Like Format My Fuzzy CSV, Excelify, i.e.). Not new product bulk upload. Extras: 6. I have some products in more than 1 category. Is it possible to import the product in every category? 7. Is there any way to show prices including tax and without tax? 8. Product group: Is there any way to have a product that is the result of combining others? I want to my clients to but the "Kit #1" that is created buying together different ones. 9. Is there any way to set a minimum qty. purchase? I mean: I want to show the price of 1 single screw, as it is the price that my provider set me, but I need to order minimum 10. 10. Addons, plugins, or extras recommended, as Messenger chat, i.e. Please feel free to ask anything you would need to understand the scope of work.
