Ideal candidate will be fluent in Solidity and Javascript and capable of embedding multilayered smart contracts into Non Fungible Tokens. Satisfaction of the conditions of the smart contracts within the token will result in the generation of hashes which will be used as keys to access encrypted media stored off chain. However, of almost equal importance to the technical prowess of the individual will be the energy of the individual. The company envisioned will be very firmly established in the "Work Hard Play Hard" school of thought. Work will, by it's very nature and purpose and design be enmeshed with content, character, and colouer which is...NSFW. No squares need apply. This is a company which will NEVER drug test its employees. There will never be disciplinary action taken for illicit videos or images being "discovered" on a computer or tablet. In fact, a large portion of a typical workday will be comprised of the sharing, editing, resharing, and critiquing content which would be considered anywhere el else to be contraband. In addition to the minting of NFT's, there is the potential for the minting of SHA-721 tokens for use in the governance of the company (and which will thereafter be accepteed as payment for the purchase of NFT's created, thereby efffectively setting the value of the tokens by accepting their value to be at least that for which it is being accepted in lieu of a specific number of USDT, etc... A solid percentage of the currency minted will be retained by the founders, since as it is planned to serve both as a medium of exchange for the NFT'S created, they will additionally serve as percentages of staked crypto used for governance of the startup.
