Find a tenant for me

Hi, I need help finding a tenant for one of my vacant rooms in my current property in Los Angeles. This would involve: 1) making posts on housing websites or apps (I will provide the content) 2) looking through posts on Facebook housing groups 3) reaching out / responding to tenants who meet the basic requirements 4) gathering additional information from the tenants that are responsive 5) setting up appointments to view the unit My basic requirements for the roommate: 1. clean, i am somewhat of a germaphobe 2. prefer female but will consider both 3. working professional with stable income & busy schedule, will consider students if they’re going to be out of the apartment often 4. likes dogs 5. does not own a pet but i may consider a medium or smaller dog 6. 420 friendly 7. 25 or older preferably If a potential passes the basic requirements, I want to know: 1. their typical work schedule 2. how often they cook 3. if they have a car 4. if they typically stay in their rooms or not / how they will use the space Prioritize the tenants who: 1. Travel a lot / will not be home often 2. works a lot The expected ideal output is to have one or more tenants set up an appointment with me to view the apartment. I am available to show the room on weekdays after 5pm or weekends anytime. Once we begin, i will provide all necessary content to make the posting. Thank you :)
