Social Media and Content creator needed.

We’re in need of a social media marketer/specialist, who’s also very good at creating content. The candidate should have experience in mostly the following platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. We’ve got two main objectives/goals that we need the social media specialist to help us achieve, mainly: 1) sales – the fun engaging content that the candidate creates, should be aimed at leading to sales of our services, and 2) - we’re looking to establish a strong dynamic presence on social media in general. The candidate should also be able to run and manage our social media pages across all the platforms mentioned above. Our services are academic services specifically designed for high school as well as varsity students. So the content that the candidate will be creating will be for this demographic. In our pages, we prefer a candidate who’ll also engage with our audience on all social media platforms we’ve mentioned above and we’re always eager and keen to listen to the candidate’s advices, view points, suggestion and learn from them in the process. We’d like to learn from each other. This project also includes milestones, more especially for the progress/footprint we establish on social media but also one sales generated. The candidate is required to be a very good marketing strategist as this is very important for my team. We prefer the type of content that the candidate would make to be the kind that’d go viral and be shared among the demographic mentioned – high school and varsity students. Adding to the requirement that the candidate needs to be a very good marketing strategist, it’s important that the candidate be able to look at our industry as a whole and give us a complete strategy on how to grow our company. We’ve more than willing to pay top dollar for this. Just a note regarding our pages on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn we’re looking to rebuild all of them from the ground up. We hope these would be beautiful canvases for the candidate to play with and unleash their creativity. The candidate must be very good at project management and should be the type to do things very efficiently, to do things that’ll have lasting impact. Candidate will be required to do content creation, scheduling, social media reporting, management, and will also be required to run/manage ads.
