Speech on DELPHI XE5

I need a project on DelphiXE5 that utilizes the Google Speech API. It should be able to do the speech recognition which can detect the silent points in audio and use TTS to translate and speak the final sentence. It has to output the file to Andoid, IOS and W8 mobile systems. DelphiXE5 does that anyway. I have maximum 10 days for this code.
