Network Monitoring FrontEnd program

Create a program that will run on Linux for a Raspberry PI.

Program will use a UN/PW/URL to login to a Web-service and can then...

1. Take a photo using the onboard camera and upload the image to the web-service.

2. Receive a simple command from the web-service and close a relay contact via IO that is on the Raspberry PI device for 1 second.

3. Receive a command to take a new photo and upload it.

4. check in with the web-service every 5 minutes to check for new commands (take photo, close relay contact)
