Scaling AWS Website via Route53

I need help in getting my ASP.NET website scaled on AWS. The website is a membership site, in which users have to sign in. After they are signed in, they must stay on the same server. Each server should be associated to a sub-domain. The code is being developed with Ironspeed I have created a detailed spec of what I except to have done. The spec is attached. If you have ideas to make it better or more efficiently, you are welcome to tell me and to do so. The code should be developed in C# -- the exact deliverables, which includes a documentation is being described in the attached spec. I will only choose someone who has already experience in ASP.NET and AWS scalability, in particular with Route53, Elastic-IP and EC2.
