I need a desktop app

That will use following features:

The bot will load [login to view URL]

to click on Start Traffic Exchange

New popup will be oppened to open inside of the bot the popup and to be functional.

on every 10 seconds to click on skip this add no matter which short link service it has been added as a link.

to do the same for [login to view URL]

and [login to view URL]

All of this to be able to be done hidden tabs

User to not be able to see what is going on.
