Add Upload Firmware Functionality to Existing KeepPass Plug-in

Modify the existing KeePass plug-in to give users the ability to upload a firmware update to the card. This will be a new menu item under Tools -> Firmware.
- The user will have the file already downloaded locally on the windows machine
- The user will already have the card and windows computer paired.
- The transfer will be over Bluetooth classic
- When the user clicks on the menu item, they will be presented with a dialog box to navigate and pick the firmware file for upload.
- Display any error messages to the user, if the transfer fails.
- Notify that the transfer is complete. Wait 25 seconds for the flashing and rebooting to complete. After the upload is complete. This will give the firmware time to install.
- Then notify user it’s complete.
