I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows and the software will sent a packet to all xboxs on my local network to turn on. (ability to add x amount of xboxs.

to send the packet to the xboxs i need ip and liveid which i have. allow me to enter them in the program and set a time to turn on the xboxs. if dont turn on retry after x mins.

im currently using xboot one on windows app store. i want something similar but with a automated timer to turn on xboxs.
