I can do the job. I suggest using Excel and VBA, it's much more powerful and flexible than LISP. An excel sheet with embedded macro would interact with .csv files and Autocad, the sheet will have all configuration parameters (files location, files to process, or just process active autocad drawing, etc.)
I’m a Mechanical Engineer with lots of experience in mechanical design and 2d, 3D drawing in Autocad. Also, have advanced working experience in Autocad automation via VBA (excel, because VBA not available after Autocad 2000) and VB.net. Proficient coder in VB.Net, C#, Python, VB6.
