build me a Point & figure stock charting program in python.

I am an individual investor that is sick of the fancy bells & whistles that is surpposed to do all the work of investing for you. If you read the facts 70 or 80 % of investors lose money. I trade options which riskier than that 80 to 90 % of trades fail. I want a charting program that will bring the odds into my favor. That is why I want a point & figure chart. python has a program that gives you a head start on this program. The name is Pypf. I will have strict guide lines as to what and how the program works: traditional box size. special box size, 1 to 5 box reversal, using Windows color pallette for foreground, background colors , full screen , I need 4 -2inch long horizontal line that stay with chart till removed, they will have different colors from pallette. There will be 3 seperate screens: #1 for changing colors,box size, box reversal, #2 is to show the csv ticker symbols. there are 8 directories of 50 to 200 tickers in each directory. # 3 FULL screen charting surface.. top left ticker symbol plus box reversal. Bottom yearly dates that move and are vislible at all times. Right side prices. top right last price. Font will be ariel bold 14. If you think you can handle this project let me know. The price I expect is between $100 and $150 as it is a fairly simple program no special features just straight point an figure charting. There is 1 thing I almost forgot . That is the program is to be able to count the number of X or up tickers and the number of O or down tickers and put the up and figures into a file. The number of ticker symbols is 1,000 to 1,100. This operation will be preformed on a weekly bases automaticly. I have a VB program that I can send as a guide. I will send all specs and files to be used and directory layout.
