We have a plot of land and we would like to build a new building on it. We have some pictures and ideas, but no real skills in designing to IRC 2012. We want a full Permit set of Construction plans with footings, site plan, elevations. I have included pictures and a basic picture of the land. the building should be approx. 75 feet x 75 feet, 10' ceilings, and an area where we can work on machinery. This area should be 30 feet by 20 feet with power and water hookups as well as floor drainage. I would like a estimation on the hours required for completion.
