We are looking for a specialist that can help set up call distribution platform using twillo or nexmo, you must have good working knowledge of how to set this up Scenario Advertisers will create an account and set an amount they wish to pay for specific number of minutes that calls their number Publishers/affiliates will create accounts and apply to promote calls to the advertiser numbers The publishers are paid if they meet certain criteria ( number of minutes is met ) If you are able to set up this platform please let me know
