Create a telegram game for members with a manually operated script

A random selection of users in a specific telegram group are selected and invited to participate in a new game. A new telegram group is created for the users to join. Max users allowed into the group is set to (200). If the users chosen are pinged/notified are afk a new replacement is selected for the telegram game. Once the game is started no more users can join. The telegram is made private and no other users can join. 1) The game to be created: After the telegram group is filled there is a bot that auto runs the game. The bots keyword replies in chat are during random intervals of (2-6 seconds) Bot "replies in chat" >> "Green Light" in chat Users >> The first 100 users to type keyword "Stop" remain in the private group >> The remaining users who were not the first 100 to type "Stop" in chat are automatically removed from the telegram group. 2) Bot "replies in chat" >> Red Light >> Users who have not type the keyword "stop" into chat are removed from the telegram group. 3) Bot "replies in chat" >> Green Light >> Users who have not type the keyword "stop" before the next Red Light is announced are removed from chat until there is a winner. 4) Time limit on the game is 4 minutes I would like to have a manual script for my pc to start and generate the game with the specific targeted telegram group to gather the members into the game. Summary: Create a telegram game with 200 members from a targeted telegram group. A bot says keywords "RedLight" "GreenLight" with 2 - 6 intervals. Users have to reply with keyword "stop" before "RedLight" is announced by the bot. All members who have not typed the keyword "stop" in chat before "RedLight" is announced by the bot are removed from the newly created/generated private telegram group. Time Limit until the game ends and remaining users are announced as winners is 4 minutes.
