I need the deploy my web application. Run nginx proxy server. Server running 5000 port but. I can't working on 80 port. Ubuntu server is installed. It is sufficient to set it for 80 port only.

I can take a look at your security group which controls all the inbound connection in EC2. I would be able to get the service accessible from port 80. If this is a EC2 machine limitation, I can create a load balancer and route it through port mapping and this would not incur any additional cost in AWS as well.
