HI, I have experience deploying cloud based automation solutions. If I understand your requirement then this will be required: 1. This automation solution will be deployed on cloud 2. There will be some email client on cloud machine (outlook or something else) 3. To a mailing list email campaigns will be sent 4. For each reply, automation solution will scan the reply and match the keywords. 5. Based on those keywords, a new email content will be sent to that particular email Id.
