Embedded C developer for FLASH Driver via SPI and data compression/decompression.

I would like to hire a Embedded C developer who have experience with FLASH Driver via SPI and data compression/decompression. The driver must must be implemented as a-synchronized mechanism. The acceptance test will be passed with a application demo to play a memory array size from 0 - 32MB (write/read/erase) could work with sector or Bank address. Each time to write a mini-data size is 56 characters. The 100,000 Program-Erase Cycles is also consider for Flash lifetime. The documentation is considered as a part of software package. I would like to have delivery for each week. Expected duration is 1-3 weeks. Details problem: 1) Each second need to write a mini-data size is 45 characters. (24hrs/day, capability to store and read data out from FLASH Memory in 1 months). The data compression/decompression algorithm is expected. 2) The 100,000 Program-Erase Cycles is also considering for Flash lifetime to reach 3-5 years. The old solution is worked with SD-Card is dropped after 2-3 months.
