Hello, I have over 8 years of developing Excel VBA macros. I see the following issues here: 1. The .rtf file has the same code repeated 2 times. I don't understand why the code is not fully contained in the original Excel file. 2. There is no part of the code responsible for anything with data. Excel file's code does nothing every 30 seconds. RTF file's code saves the file every 30 seconds. 3. The code does not handle some rare cases that will make it behave unstably, by not shutting down previously scheduled events. I could perform the automation, but as I can't base it on this macro that is missing vital logic, I would need instructions on what should be done. Best Regards

This is something Ive done at my main job. I setup auto saves, and live viewing scripts that i can watch other data entry employees while they work. You're correct about 2003 being different from 2010 and 2016 VBA, and some of the core functions have changed. I dont see this being an issue with the sample text or macro you gave me, but I feel like its more than just a auto run script.
