Food ordering and delivery web application having the following features

1. Searching: on the basis of location, cuisine, restaurants, rating, and direct search via QR Code or short url

2. Food order with three options:

2.1 Order for takeaway with delivery or with client pickup.

2.2 Order from digital menu, to use inside the restaurant. The client can make an order using the app inside the restaurant, seated at the table minimizing the contact with the restaurant staff. He must be able to inform the webapp about the table number he his seated

3. Payment Gateway integration: for making the payments online.

4. Food tracking: to track the status of the food ordered in real-time.

5. Notifications and alerts to notify the customers about the order placement, order aceptance and order status.

6. Alerts of happy hours not schedule

7. Rating and reviews: To provide reviews to the restaurant and the services.

8. Chatbot.

9. Webapp should work in iOS, Android or PC.

10. Backoffice easily create new restaurants with photo, menus with categories, product photos, description, prices. Working hours, etc.

11. Bakoffice must have some basic reports with sales per restaurant, day, per hour, per category, per product, per order type (takeaway or inside consume), number of order, medium value per order.

12. Backoffice to give access for the restaurant to edit menu, edit prices, edit photos, see sales reports stated on point 11.
