We need a web app that enables us to draw the seat chart of large arenas. We may want to import an image, SVG or DXF file and draw on top of that. We need to design single seats, rows, rounded rows and also be able to draft an array of seats with few clicks.
We already have a UI designed that could be slightly modified based on your proposals and technical limitations.
Other than design tools, we also need to assign a seat number to each seat so we know where exactly each seat is located. Each seat would be identified by its:
1- section name
2- row number
3- seat number
We need proper design tools that makes it easier to draft the map as well as right tools to assign the seat numbers in bulk.
Finally to save the file and export this data as JSON file so we can later reproduce and render it in another web/mobile application.
To have an idea of the job that is needed to be done, you can also have look at this video from eventbrite which does a similar job for small venues.

Our app is different from the given link as we only need specific drafting features for arenas so we are more focused on sections rather than tables. We also need to work with larger number of seats and efficiently manage these sections ( e.g. turn them on and off to make the drafting easier, or enable different users to work on different sections in a collaborative manner)
It is also necessary to be able to integrate this app into a CMS , most probably DRUPAL to manage backend tasks like saving files, giving permission to users, etc...
