Need a node.js developer to write an app for serial device interface

I'm looking for an experienced node.js developer to create a node.js based app. The application will need to implement the serialport library and interface with a serial device. The serial device is a payment terminal. The application should be mostly done in HTML/JavaScript. The application will be running on a kiosk, off a local drive - not from a web server.
The application flow is as follows:
*Initialize Serial Device (SD)
*Check SD status
-If status is good, proceed
-If status is bad, display error
*Send custom message to SD
At this point the user is choosing an amount that the payment terminal will charge
*Send custom amount to SD, based on a button that the user pressed in a browser
-If status is good, proceed to check for financial transaction status
-If status is bad, display error page
*Wait for a set period for the user to do the financial transaction, if no transaction then timeout
*Check the SD for the financial transaction status
-If status is good, proceed to next step
-If status is bad, display error page
*Send finalize transaction message to SD
-If status is good, proceed to success page
-If status is bad, display error page
All the pages (error and success) will be in WordPress and provided to the developer.
There's a detailed schematic and flow chart outlining the flow as well and will be provided to the developer. Every step of the interaction will need to be logged to a local MySQL database as well.
