Hello. I work with Arduino since 2010 and can make that prpject. How your Arduino will be connected to the netqork: by Ethernet cable or through WiFi? If you will use WiFi - I would propose to use Arduino-compatible board ESP8266 (or ESP32) instead of Arduino. In that case , a wiring of yhe device will be simpler and price for that will be smaller.

I've decided to apply for this project as I have previous experience in designing remote controlled systems using arduino We can design this using WiFi or Ethernet controlled device using WiFi module or Arduino Ethernet Module to control the realy.
