openwrt captive portal external server compile ipk

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux. openwrt compile ipk similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] the function is authetication radious server for external server. auth is mac and ip managment in cloud. all connected ip make connect, disconnect, give access, bandwidth limit and more. it openwrt v18 support. external server devlope by php and mysql.
