Pellet reasoner (opensource) for RDF ontology

Hello ////////////////////////////////////////////// //////////////////////////////////////////// have Pellet reasoner project which is downloaded from GitHub. I am facing a problem to import, start, and run the project. it seems a complicated folder but i have no idea where could I start or run [login to view URL] this is the link for Pellet I need to show me the steps to run and execute pellet reasoner by OWLAPI. I am useing netbeans program. for the ppl who knows how to work with ontology and netbeans, it will be easier. right? Very important---> I need to run it with a specfic RDF ontology
