Software should contain the following function (or 80% of it and balance you can add on) • Pre-designed letter heads • IOM (Inter Office Memo) • File Management System • Tracking & monitoring of files • Project Appraisal Document (PAD) • Annual Work Plane (AWP) • Sanction • Fund Release • Procurement • Reimbursement • Actual Accounting of funds • Comparison of Actual to Budget • Built in MIS System and easy to integrate additional MIS Reports ONLY BID if you have you have already available PMS software and you will have to supply us with SOURCE CODE DO NOT BID if you cannot show me a demo of the software on request (as this is urgent project requirement and not interested to built from ground zero) Thanks & Regards,
