1. The prototype should be a web version. 2. Any programming language can be used. 3. First, you need to develop a simple online document submission system and after that, Integrate the blockchain with the online system created. 4. Show at least 3 new features after the implementation of Blockchain. 5. Please provide the source code for both the systems separately (with and without the blockchain integration) 6. Also, provide the test scripts. The online submission system have to be simple with not much complicated functionality and a few features.
