I need to build a single .exe file , which can capture network trafic continuously and print out IP, UDP or TCP... to the screen. If IPaddress on a packet found to be match a hardcode given IP (like [login to view URL]) , a subprocess need to be called. -At the end I need a complete guide on how to setup everything on a fresh windows machine.
