Script that can read Newspaper PDF and insert posts into Spreadsheet and WordPress

I am looking for an experienced software developer who can write a script that can run automatically every week on Thursdays or Fridays to fetch a PDF read it understand the different posts and insert the different elements of the posts into a Google spreadsheet or Excel file and ideally also into WordPress.
an example PDF is attached to the files. they consist of title, possibly images and text as well as the author of the post.
there are different post types in the document, however the article is the standard post type which is the most important. there is another post type for events which will be in necessary at a later date if possible.
