Hi, I am an electronic engineer with more than 6 years of experience in embedded systems development. I decided to apply for this project, because I have previous experience in working with RFID readers, and read them using Arduino. What we can do is, we can connect Wiegand out to Arduino and read using the Serial interface on Arduino. (We might need a voltage converter for doing that.) Once we do that, we can do the required task and, if you can connect to the internet( Over Ethernet or WiFi) we can have a mobile app too. ( I have previous experience in developing Bluetooth based app for reprogramming RFID cards) I am confident of completing this project successfully and looking forward to hearing back from you.
