Hello! I think that I can help you with this requirement but first I will need more details. At first glance I understood what you want but some information needs clarification. For example, the open playlist it a open playlist available on spotify or all the playlists of the user logged in into the spotify? Second, the list with the songs that need to be added into those playlists are in a csv, text, yaml, json format or is just a simple spotify playlist? The part with the gui will not be a problem. I have a multitude of choices for it.
