Test/Fix and finish off graphical data representation software with GDI

I have a GDI C# desktop software prototype that is almost ready but has some bugs to be fixed. You need to have good experience with GDI or GDI+ (please detail about this in your bid comment). This software needs to be ready to diffuse on July 15. Certain functionalities need to be ready for this deadline, but more development is to be done after that as well. If freelancer does good job and likes the type of work, long term development is wished. For now: - the software needs to be tested and bugs need to be fixed. - the software installs on client windows and communicates with a web app to manage licence. The software can be updated too that way. These two functionalities need to be well tested since it allows further development. - the kind of bugs to fix: please see list in excel file, broken down in milestones. I will setup video conference (skype or other) with the ones interested in order to explain further the work if needed. -most functionalities have been developed, but needs finishing - the attached powerpoint is what has been already done, and some of it needs to be finished. A good document to get an idea of what does the software do. I WILL ONLY consider bids that discuss further the project, not copy pastes. Thank you for saving my time and yours.
