For a client I am searching for a team who can do a developmentproject.
What the client have is a Philips touch display with buildt in Android.
We need a system to control a set of them inside a company.

It gives a good idea of what we need.
The program must be installable by the client or customers of the client. The clients will have Windows servers.
The system must both communicate with the Google calenders or Outlook of the customer and it must also be possible through a webapp to see and controll all screens in the system. This must be protected through a login.
We need an SRS first to describe the details of what you want to create. But for the price now we need a general explenation on which functions your system will include and what that will cost. If we later make changes to the SRS I understand that the price might change.
I also need a timeframe for when this can be finished.
I have more information. The client wants the system run as a cloud-service.
From my understanding I think we will need this:
1. An Android App to communicate with the server and show the calender on the screen.
2. An addon to Outlook (Online or desktop) and Google Calender to send off Meeting-messages to the server.
3. A server
4. A website for customers where they can see al their screens, manipulate them and maybe choose some different scins or layouts.
5. A webapp for the administration where they can controll users and support the client if needed.
