Hi We have experience designing audio systems with network/digital interfaces and will design and build you the requisite prototype to stream music via DLNA and be controlled via WiFi. It will be small enough to be portable and be powered by Lithium cells as you want and can be charged by connecting to a wall-wart or USB connection. Regards
