Hello, As long as the paths are available to the user that logged in the watcher won't have problems with observation. * I think it should also keep track of hashes of files. So, when a file is renamed it won't need to transfer everything. * Another point that you may need to transfer the directory structure too. * The config file can be json, xml or any other formats. * To be able to query processed files it may be more useful to store the log in a Access or Excel file. I could do that. probably this week. Did i understand the requirement correctly. all files that are put into the marked Folders need to be transfered to a single folder (probably also specified in that same config file? So all the files from all the different folders need to be transfered? What information do you want to be in those queries? do you want that info persisted with a save file or with a database? thanks for considering my application Best Regards Kevin
