Can you please provide further details of the requirements for the software you want developed. I have experience with the Kahless_9 c++ framework which can greatly simplify most tasks required due to its superior threading, network and database modules. This framework also exists in Linux but does not have certain modules which are Windows specific only such as the MFC modules for GUI programming and Ado modules for database development. Thus depending on project requirements the solution(s) may as well be easy to migrate to Linux. I will provide lifetime Kahless_9 license for your solution free of charge.
