Write some software

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed using C or C++. Data is to be sent from Android mobile to computer( uefi shell) via WiFi. i.e android device application work as sender and uefi shell at computer work as receiver. This is low level programming is required at uefi level i.e before operation system boot up. And android application can be develop using any language i.e c# or java.
