Contract Management Software

I am looking for a software developer for a relatively small project - I am looking to develop contract management software to assist in the efficient generation of documents from request through finalisation/execution. Essentially, we would like to be able to automate the generation of a range of employment contracts representing various employment status types or categories such as, for example, full-time employee, part-time employee, temporary worker, consultant, etc. within our business. There would be a separate template representing each employment status type which would be pre-populated with agreed wording from contracts already is use in our day-to-day business. What we would like to see happen, with the simple click of a button, is the presentation of the pre-populated template for the employment status type selected. Then for our Company person (HR, Hiring Manager, etc.) to be able to manually enter variable information of the Candidate/New Starter such as their personal details, etc., and their agreed terms of employment. Once the information has been entered then it will need to go through a review workflow of several Company people to ensure accuracy of the information entered. Once the review has passed successfully the document is then ready for submission to DocuSign to be signed and sent to the Candidate/New Starter. The following information is particularly relevant to our requirements: - That the developer of this workflow tool has a proven track record of programming in the Microsoft Power Platform (this is because the developed workflow will need to integrate with other apps already in use or yet to be developed). - The employment contract documents will reside in SharePoint.
