DXF Glass Cutting Shape Optimisation -

We are a glass processing company based in Portsmouth, UK. We require software to optimise .DXF file based shapes into sheets for glass cutting in order to reduce our wastage. We currently lose a lot of glass whilst, for example, cutting parallelograms, our current software (and all others that we can find) will place a rectangle around the shape giving two wasted triangles per piece. We would like the ability to use this lost space better and specify distance between shapes. We would like to be able to add and remove shapes easily, graphically display the sheet and show wastage percentages etc. The software must be able to handle rectangular, angled and curved shapes and provide the cuts required to separate the glass easily. Cuts must always run to the sheet edge or another cut (generally something that available nesting software does not do).
