Need Interactive TV Guide / Video Player Created

This application is meant to be a simple solution for tv viewers with more than one source for their content that would like be able to find all of their video options in one place, customized to their preferred experience, and at no additional cost to them. Looking for a contractor to develop an Interactive TV Guide that is cloud based and multi-platform (ie- Kodi, Plex, Emby, etc). Will be a 2 part project- 1) Demo 2) Completed Project Project could extend beyond initial completed project. Please note that budget listed below is not set in stone- placed in because system required it. Will need quote for how much both projects would cost as well as time needed to develop each part.
