We are into Electric Vehicle Charger Manufacturer and infra management organisation We are the one who installed India’s first Solar Powered EV charger and lot more across other parts of India. Apart from this Magenta had tied up with India’s leading automobile organisation (viz. Bajaj Automobile, Mahindra Electrical, Ashok Leyland and others) to support charger installation and charging infrastructure management. ChargeGrid ([login to view URL]) is one of the Android-based OCPP V1.6 compatible application which Magenta had released recently to provide a unique platform to all EV fleets and associated charging stations across India.
An OEM/ODM business model is right now associated with Exicom, Delta and other international leading charger manufacturer to understand the EVSE market acceptance ratio. As of now, Magenta is aggressively looking forward to penetrating India's EV business market and would like to become an independent EV charger manufacturer. Our core strength is our branding and sustained footprint across the Indian market. Magenta is already installed more than 80 AC charger and 30 DC charger across India. Your organisational support as a technology support partner, will give us marketing strength to improve our EVSE footprint in India as well as across International market. We do have a research and development team who is currently designing and developing series of EVSE products and always ready to work under your team’s supervision.
We are in the stage of finalising AC charger (240V @ 3.36KW) prototype. The overall product development includes:
Hardware: Protection switch Gears (MCB, RCBO, SPD, Contaector, Controlling relays), Metering device (KWH Meter) with Mod Bus RS 485 interface, OCPP V1.6 as well as HTTP compatible
GSM/GPRS modem with MOD Bus RS 485 interface
Validated the protection switch gears, metering device and HTTP compatible GSM/GPRS with MOD BUs 485 interface.
Not able to deploy OCCP V1.6 protocol over GSM/GPRS modem’s hardware platform(PIC 16F886, Quectel M66)
Backend Server Development:
Backend server protocol: Compatible to OCPP V 1.6 as well HTTP protocol over AWS platform
Validation Status: Tested the backend server with other OCPP V1.6 compatible AC as well as DC changer manufacturer viz. Exicom, Delta
Mobile Application Development:
Scope: UI/UX, Front end and back end
Technology: Native app (Android/IOS)
Validation: Monitored and controlled the EVSE operation using mobile user interface
Status: Completed, Beta version launched in google map as ChargeGrid ([login to view URL])
As mentioned currently we are unable to make a hardware platform compatible to OCPP V1.6. To make this happen, I really appreciate if you can support me with supporting and integrable OCPP libraries for GSM/GPRS modem hardware or if you can connect me with right partner who can develop the same complete hardware based solution.
