We need to digitalize the existing paper administration for used-car processing plants
that involves:
- a database that users can feed (manual entry or ingest various file format)
- with hierarchical user management
- being able to add the most-often used parameters in catalogs (e.g. 5 fields of the main database's table are dedicated to contact info, we need to be able to have a catalog of pre-defined "contacts" for faster entry)
- simple reporting capabilities (number of entries, sum/count of some fields, etc)
- a pay-per-month capability (users need to pay to create-access their database)
- exporting capabilities (export a subset/all of the entries in PDF, CSV) with exhaustive filtering capabilities
- limit the "deleting" capabilities (i.e. a user can NOT delete an entry, neither can he modify it BUT he can copy a line, change some fields values, and mark the first one as "barred".
