Hi There I am not sure you need a separate program for the below request. Almost everything you are looking for is already built-into MS Outlook as-is (apart from the speech to text, I would have to look further into this). If needed we could customize the Outlook Forms or create an Add-in to enhance/separate some of the functionality, but even this is not necessary. The bid amount and time is negotiable depending on your feeling on the "development work" vs just setting up Outlook accordingly. Cheers for now Wayne
