Show products to my clients on a private online store

I’m looking for someone to create a platform to help me to present products to my clients.

I have to be able from a laptop to create data sheets for each product that shows a picture, short description, available colors and prices.

What the client will get is a link that takes him to a kind of easier version of Amazon: he can see the pieces I selected for him and compare them. He can then decide what to buy and procede with the chosen items to check out where he can see the total cost of the purchase.

This platform doesn’t has to “sell” online but just be an interface to share a selection of item (that is different for each client) in a easy and fast way, without having me create a different presentation each time and avoid that I can make mistakes making prices.

Requirements:

The client need to be able to see this platform from a laptop.

I would like to upload all products from my laptop and then be able to prepare the selection from my iPad: I should be able to enter this “database”, put filters to find the items I’m looking for and start to select what I want to send to my client. Will be nice if from approved items I can take out a pdf with items code, quantities and chosen colors to share with my suppliers in order for them to prepare an invoice.
