Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to join our team for an exciting software development project. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging communication between our Spanish-speaking team and our development team in India. Your attention to detail in UI/UX, along with your ability to understand and document IT requirements, will be vital in ensuring the project's success.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our Spanish-speaking team to gather project requirements and IT needs.
Translate technical requirements into clear and detailed documentation.
Facilitate communication between our teams in India and the Spanish-speaking team.
Ensure that the project adheres to timelines and budget constraints.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
Maintain a focus on UI/UX aspects to ensure a user-friendly end product.
Requirements:
*** Please note that excellent communication skills are required in *Spanish* (spoken and written, verbal/oral communication it is necessary to join conversations in Spanish), same for Hindi and/or English.
Ability to work with multicultural and remote teams.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles.
Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Familiarity with tools and methodologies used in software development.
