Project to design and build MS Access database

Dear Database experts, This project calls for a relational database design/programming expert to design and build database application for storage and quesry of data related to HVAC equipment. The database is not complex but requires experienced database designer to insure all validations and relations are in place to build a solid database. Also reports, forms and queries must be delivered along with this project. The scope of the project is as follows: 1) design the database as per my requirements, the database estimated to have 20 to 25 tables at maximum. (must deliver the schema and relations and logic here) 2) Implement the database design in Microsoft access. 3) Design and implement separate FE and BE to enable viewing, data entry and protecting the tables data at same time. 4) Design and implement queries, forms, reports..etc for data. 5) Must prepare and submit data collection plan and propose a solution (needs to be approved by me) for data collection from several sites. candidates with past projects to show me will be interviewed and sellected. This project is simple and database is not huge or complex; thats why I decided to build with Ms. Access. so bear this in mind when pricing. Target for delivery of all 5 deliverables is one week from award date. Best of Luck
