I need a SQL Transact Query that finds duplicate records based on 4 fields which were all completed with a 15 day window. tbl_EMPS IF [FName], [LName], [Type] All Match AND THEN the [Completed] is with 15 days of one another of the matching record RECORDS 1 & 2 3 & 4 6 & 8 16 & 17 Would all be on the report
