We are looking to outsource on-call technical support for a chain of retail stores based out of Nevada. Currently operating 3 high-volume locations doing 4MM+ a month, expanding to 2 additional operations in Nevada with 3 more soon-after to be added in Boston. Need on-call technical support between 7AM-11PM Pacific Standard Time 7 days a week. In addition, will ask to organize regular server maintenance, server support. SQL knowledge is necessary, Drupal familiarity preferred. In general, I generally receive 20-30 phone calls a week needing assistance with basic windows functions, re-installing printers, and cleaning machines of irrelevant data as necessary to function to the best efficiency possible.
I would like to find a person or team available to fit the needs described above. Would prefer to pay a flat weekly rate for services, whether or not we used the hours negotiated between us. Open to hourly rates as well.
