Dear Sir, Allow me to introduce myself. I am Abhi, a developer cum Windows Admin from India. I have around 15 years of experience in creating software solutions based on Microsoft technologies and handing Windows based servers of my clients. I do have some questions before I can make a proper bid. 1. Will you have details of these customer emails and FTP server details stored in a database. 2. Do you need an interface to enter / edit these details? Here is what I would propose as a basic solution based on the description so far. I think you do not need a proper dedicated server for now. You can take a hosting space from Godaddy or any other service provider and we can setup FTP on it. A software can then monitor the FTP and send the files to various emails / other FTP servers as needed and required. The software can be installed on your local machine. There are some free FTP libraries available which I plan to use so the cost of a third party component is avoided. However if your budget permits, you can take a dedicated windows server from Godaddy and we can host the software on it thus removing the need of having the software installed on your local machine. Hello I am a developer with a strong Linux background, I assume you and your business partners are all on the same network and have the same setup, if not please clarify. I'll go with proven open source technologies for the server, the machine you'll have direct access too. Your collaborators will have to place their to be sent files in a previously agreed upon folder which is monitored for change as frequently as need be, if a file fulfills a condition of your choosing it'll be uploaded to your ftp server.
