Virtual Server infrastructure proposal assistance

Hi,
I am looking to get some help from experienced Virtual server specialists in regards to infrastructure and storage requirements. I dont need a solution developed but i do need to have help generating my own proposal. End client is a SMB/SME so a real world solution engineer would be great to work with in this instance. Again, not to generate a proposal but to assist/advise me with my own.
